At Vegorama Punjabi Angithi Ltd, we are committed to providing high-quality vegetarian food and a satisfying customer experience. Our Return & Cancellation Policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all online and offline orders placed at our outlets in Delhi NCR and Dehradun.
1. Cancellation Policy
a. Takeaway & Delivery Orders (Placed via Website / Phone / App)
- Cancellations allowed within 60 seconds of placing the order.
- A full refund will be initiated for cancellations within this window.
- No cancellations will be accepted after 60 seconds of placing the order, as preparation starts immediately.
- Cancellation requests must be made via phone or email, quoting your Order ID.
b. Dine-In Orders
- Orders placed at our dine-in outlets are not eligible for cancellation once placed with our service team.
- In the rare event of a service or preparation issue, we encourage you to speak directly to the outlet manager for a quick resolution.
2. Refund Policy
- Approved refunds (for eligible cancellations) will be processed back to the original payment source within 3–5 business days.
- If payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI upon confirmation.
3. Returns Policy
As we deal in freshly prepared food items, returns are not accepted once the order has been delivered or consumed, except in cases of:
- Incorrect order delivered
- Spoiled or unfit food (verified by team)
In such cases, please contact us within 30 minutes of delivery for prompt redressal.
4. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
