Welcome to Vegorama Punjabi Angithi Ltd. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our services, including orders placed via our website, mobile platforms, or directly at our outlets. By using our services, you unconditionally agree to comply with these terms.

INTRODUCTION

Vegorama Punjabi Angithi Ltd (“Vegorama,” “we,” or “us”) is a pure vegetarian food chain serving North Indian, Chinese, and Tandoori snacks. We currently operate in Delhi NCR and Dehradun through delivery, takeaway, and dine-in services at select outlets.

OUTLET ORDERS (DINE-IN / TAKEAWAY)

1.Customers placing takeaway orders are responsible for collecting their food promptly to ensure it is served fresh.

2.For dine-in, reservations may be required during peak hours. We reserve the right to allocate seating based on availability.

ORDERING & DELIVERY

1.We deliver only within Delhi NCR and Dehradun.

2.Delivery timelines:

  • 0 – 3 km: 30 minutes Approx
  • 3 – 5 km: 45 minutes Approx

3.Standard delivery charge: ₹60 + applicable taxes

4.Orders may be delayed during peak hours, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances (traffic, weather, etc.).

5.We do not sell sweets or packaged items. All food is freshly prepared and intended for immediate consumption.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION

When you interact with Vegorama electronically, you consent to receive communications from us electronically. This includes order confirmations, offers, and updates. These satisfy any legal requirement for written communication.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our website and promotional materials—including images, logos, and text—is the property of Vegorama Punjabi Angithi Ltd and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

  • 1.Outlet Orders: Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after food preparation begins.
  • 2.Dine-in Bookings: oPlease inform us at least 2 hours in advance to cancel a reservation.
  • 3.Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment method.
    Quality complaints must be reported within 24 hours of order fulfillment.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

All services and food items are provided “as is” and “as available.” While we strive for quality, Vegorama is not liable for:

  • Delays in delivery
  • Minor variations in food presentation
  • Any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes or claims related to our services shall be governed by the laws of India and fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.

MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

Vegorama reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
